The intervention is in the former primary school in the parish of Bucos was intended to create a space for the transmission of local culture, learning through life stories and contact with the experience of transformation wool.

The project has sought to adapt the existing infrastructures while minimizing the changes in the space and to overcome architectural barriers. The existing window frames were replaced with aluminum frames of anodized natural color, single sheet, double glazing, without grids. This eliminated the anterior “weighty” aspect.

The outdoor area was treated by the creation of a green area that turned it in a place of leisure and well-being for visitors and a playground for children. This is a set of elements that make the House of the Wool a cultural place where leisure and well-being of visitors are also included, thus achieving the objective pursued by the payer.
